Terms of Use
PouchCut is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). The terms below supplement it. If they conflict, the Standard EULA prevails.
1. Not medical advice
PouchCut is a self-tracking and motivation tool. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat nicotine dependence, and is not a substitute for advice from a doctor or pharmacist. Nicotine estimates, savings and the health timeline are based on published averages from smoking-cessation research and community reports; individual results vary. Talk to a healthcare professional about nicotine replacement therapy or before changing nicotine use if you are pregnant, under 21, or have a heart condition.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (21 where local law requires for nicotine products) to use PouchCut. The app is for people who already use nicotine pouches and want to reduce or stop.
3. PouchCut Pro
- Pro is available as a yearly subscription (with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers), a monthly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies.
- Free features remain free. We may change what Pro includes; existing subscribers keep access to features available when they subscribed for the remainder of their term.
4. Your data
Your logs belong to you. They stay on your device and in your private iCloud as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for backups (iCloud or exports).
5. Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, resell or use the app to promote nicotine products. Brand names appear only so you can track what you use; PouchCut is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any manufacturer.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, LifeBuddy is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including health outcomes, arising from use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
7. Changes and termination
We may update the app and these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it; Settings → Erase all data removes your data first.
